Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the cabbage. Add the chopped garlic, onion, carrot and pour the wine. Stew the mixture until soft. Meanwhile, heat a dry pan and roast the bacon.
Add it to the mixture, season with garlic, onion powder and salt, black and red pepper to taste. Pour 100 milliliters of water and cook the dish until the liquid is reduced.
