How To Cook Fried Cabbage With Bacon, Onion And Garlic - Recipe

Necessary products:

  • 6 fine slices of bacon 
  • 1 onion, finely chopped 
  • 2-3 crushed garlic cloves 
  • 1/2 cabbage, finely chopped 
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 
  • salt, pepper, paprika 
  • 10 grams of garlic powder 
  • 5 grams of onion powder 
  • 1-2 carrots, peeled and chopped 
  • 100 milliliters of white wine 


Preparation:

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the cabbage. Add the chopped garlic, onion, carrot and pour the wine. Stew the mixture until soft. Meanwhile, heat a dry pan and roast the bacon.
Add it to the mixture, season with garlic, onion powder and salt, black and red pepper to taste. Pour 100 milliliters of water and cook the dish until the liquid is reduced.

Distribute portions and serve warm.
