How To Cook Fried Cabbage With Carrots, Sausage And Potatoes - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of chopped fresh cabbage
  • 100 grams of finely chopped red cabbage
  • 2 grated carrots
  • 2 soft tomatoes, peeled and grated
  • 4 diced potatoes
  • salt, black pepper, red hot pepper
  • 400 grams of raw sausage or boiled-smoked
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 red pepper, cleaned and finely chopped
  • olive oil for frying

Method of preparation:

Heat olive oil in a saucepan and fry the two types of cabbage and carrots. Add the tomatoes, potatoes and season with salt, pepper and paprika to taste.

In another bowl, saute the sausage and add it to the dish. Put the bay leaf, pepper and pour a tea cup of water.

 

Stew the dish for 20 minutes on low heat and cook for another 10 minutes. Cool, distribute on a plate and serve.
