How To Cook Fried Carp Baked In Mushroom Sauce With Cognac - Recipe

Required products :

1 carp
5 tablespoons butter
salt and ground pepper to taste
200 grams of mushrooms
1 onion
150 grams of flour
1 teaspoon sour cream
3 tablespoons cognac
juice of 1/2 lemon

Method of preparation :

Clean the fish, cut off its tail and head.

 

Then cut into pieces.

 

Add salt and season to taste. Put the fish in the refrigerator overnight.

Cut onions and mushrooms at random.

 

Fry them together in half the butter until the mushrooms soften.

 

Melt the remaining butter in a pan, put 3 tablespoons of flour in it and mix thoroughly. When the mixture begins to acquire a golden color, pour a little water (be sure to stir). You should get a thick mixture to which you add the cognac and lemon juice, then the mushrooms with onions and remove the pan from the heat.

 

Roll the carp pieces in flour and fry until done.

 

 

Arrange in a pan, pour over the mushroom sauce and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.

 

The dish is ready.
