How To Cook Fried Carp With Garlic Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 carp weighing about a kilogram
  • 2 tablespoons wheat and corn flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon oil
  • left

For the sauce:

  • 6-8 cloves of garlic
  • 4 tablespoons fish broth or boiled water
  • 3 tablespoons oil


Method of preparation :

Turn the oven to 200 degrees and cook the fish while the appliance heats up.

Clean the carp, wash it, dry it and cut it into portions about 2.5 cm thick. Rub all sides with salt and roll in a mixture of both types of flour.

 

Fry the fish in preheated oil until it is covered with a crispy yellow crust (it takes about 5-7 minutes on each side).

Then arrange the portions in a pan, which you place in the oven for 10 minutes (at 200 degrees).

Meanwhile, prepare the garlic sauce: peel the cloves and crush them together with the oil and broth in a mortar.

Serve the finished carp with the aromatic additive.
