How To Cook Fried Chicken Breast With Peppers, Mushrooms And Chinese Cabbage - Recipe

Do you want to diversify your dinner and serve the meat differently? Prepare it with a light Asian flavor and lots of vegetables, and whether you will serve it with spaghetti (noodles), rice or without additives is your decision.

Required products :

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 220 grams of chicken breast
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables - broccoli, green peppers, carrots, Chinese cabbage, celery stalk, zucchini, mushrooms and green onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Method of preparation :

Heat the oil in a pan, add the meat, garlic and oyster sauce, fry for 10 minutes.

Add the vegetables - broccoli, peppers, carrots, celery, mushrooms, cabbage, zucchini and green onions (if you have chosen to use other vegetables or sprouts, add them).

Add salt to taste and fry for 8-10 minutes, the goal being to keep the products crispy.

In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, water and starch.

Pour into the pan, stir and wait 1-2 minutes for the sauce to thicken.

Serve with noodles or rice.
