Required products :

Bowl of dry ingredients :

  • 3 teaspoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon hot red pepper
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder

Bowl with wet ingredients :

  • 1 1/3 tea cups flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons beer
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten

For frying :

  • 1 1/4 kg chicken legs or chicken breast
  • vegetable oil for frying

Method of preparation :

  • Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients. Stir.
  • The beer mixture should be the density of boza, so add a little flour or beer if necessary.
  • Roll the chicken legs in the bowl with the dry ingredients, dip in the beer breading and roll again in the dry ingredients.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat and fry the chicken on both sides until golden brown.
  • Keep in mind that half of the meat should be dipped in the fat while frying. That is, the oil should be about 5 centimeters deep.
  • Remove the breaded legs on kitchen paper and after draining the fat, distribute them on a plate.
  • Serve warm, garnished to taste.
