How To Cook Fried Chicken Schnitzels In Crispy Breadcrumbs - Recipe

Required products :

  • 450 grams of chicken breast
  • 10 slices of white bread
  • 1 egg
  • 2-3 tablespoons fresh milk (optional)
  • flour
  • oil
  • left

Method of preparation :

Wash the chicken breasts under cold running water, cut them in half first and then into thin slices.

 

 

Knock them on both sides and add salt.
