Wash the chicken breasts under cold running water, cut them in half first and then into thin slices.
Knock them on both sides and add salt.
Cut the crust into slices of bread, and the soft part cut into long pieces, which dry in a pan or oven for about 10 minutes.
Beat the egg with spices to taste and add 2-3 tablespoons of milk if desired.
Roll the fillet in flour, dip in the egg, then put in the rusks, which will stick to all sides of the chicken.
Fry the schnitzels in a large amount of vegetable oil at medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.
When they turn golden, remove on paper so that it can absorb excess oil from frying.
