Washed aubergines (without peeling) cut into circles, put in a bowl and add salt. Leave them for an hour, then rinse with water, drain and dry.
Beat the eggs with a wire for this purpose, dip each eggplant circle in them and fry on both sides until golden brown in hot oil.
Also cut the tomatoes into circles and make the sauce by mixing the cream cheese with the mayonnaise and add the crushed garlic, chopped dill and / or parsley, add salt and stir.
Arrange the aubergines on a plate, spread with the aromatic cream and put tomato rings on it. Repeat the layers once more and put the appetizer in the fridge for an hour.
