Learn how to cook "Fried aubergines with onions in cream and tomato paste". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
2 eggplants
2 onions
2 tablespoons flour
100 grams of sour cream
1 tablespoon tomato paste
3 tablespoons oil
Method of preparation :
Wash the aubergines, cut the tails, scald with boiling water, cut into circles and add salt to taste. Roll each piece in flour and fry in hot oil.
Cut the onion into circles and fry in the same fat.
Arrange a row of eggplants in a suitable dish, followed by a layer of onions and so on until the products run out.
Mix sour cream with tomato puree, bring the combination to a boil and pour the resulting sauce over the dish.
