How To Cook Fried Eggs With Corn, Potatoes And Onions - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 eggs
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 100 grams of canned corn
  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • olive oil to taste
  • salt and ground and black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Wash the potatoes well with a brush (do not peel them), cut them into medium pieces.
Peel an onion, finely chop it.
In a pan greased with olive oil, pour the potatoes, onions and corn. Add a sprig of thyme and a sprig of rosemary, sprinkle with oregano, season with salt and ground black pepper to taste, sprinkle with olive oil.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and place in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees.
Let the dish cook for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and let it bake for another 10-15 minutes.

Fry the eggs separately in olive oil and serve them on a "bed" of baked potatoes with corn and onions.
