How To Cook Fried Flounder In Broth With Mushrooms And Vegetables - Recipe

Required products :

300 grams of flounder
1 liter of vegetable broth
200 grams of potatoes
200 grams of cucumbers
200 grams of tomatoes
100 grams of tomato sauce
100 grams of asparagus
200 grams of mushrooms
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes, tomatoes and cucumbers, then bake them in the oven for 7 minutes.
Put the asparagus in boiling water for 3 minutes and then in cold water for 30 seconds.
Season the fish with salt and ground black pepper to taste and fry until done.
Put the vegetable broth on the stove, bring to a boil and then add the mushrooms. 20 minutes later add the roasted vegetables and let everything boil for 5 minutes.

Pour the mushroom and vegetable broth into a suitable dish and place the fish in it. On top of it tomato sauce and serve the dish hot.
