Have you heard of bananas for cooking ? If you want to try something different, you might be inspired by this recipe for green bananas , which are actually a separate plant called plantain . When you fry green bananas, they will acquire a dense golden color and an interesting taste. You can serve them with both salty sauce - in this case milk with coriander, and sweet.

Cut the coriander as well as the green part of the onion stalks.
In a blender serve coriander, onion, pepper. Put the juice of both limes and add 2 tablespoons of water. Cut the products with a few pulsations. Season with salt and add the fermented methane (or yogurt).
Blend until smooth.
Transfer the sauce to the bowl.
Put the oil to heat in a pan.
Meanwhile, cut the edges of the bananas and run the knife lengthwise to cut the peel - be careful not to injure the fruit itself. Peel and slice the green bananas into circles about 1 cm thick.
When the oil heats up, fry the bananas in 2 batches for about 2 minutes until golden.
Transfer them to a wire rack to drain the fat.
Reduce the heat to keep the fat warm.
Arrange a few slices of banana on a kitchen board and press each piece with a steak hammer to crack and flatten.
Turn up the heat and when the fat heats up again, fry the bananas again, this time until golden brown - for about 3 minutes.
Transfer them to a wire rack and add salt immediately.
Serve the fried green bananas warm with the milk sauce.
