Method of preparation :
First thaw the fish, clean it, cut it first into two pieces lengthwise, then into portions, which you add salt and roll in flour.
Fry them in the fat on both sides.
Wash, chop and fry the mushrooms. Add the mussels to them, stir and let them cook until the liquid evaporates.
Then reduce the heat, pour the two sauces (tomato and soy), cream and spices to taste.
Mix thoroughly and pour this mixture over the fish. Put the dish on low heat for a few minutes so that the mackerel can warm up.
When this happens, close the container with a lid and wait 5 minutes before serving.
