Required products :

1 mackerel or number according to the desired portions of
flour for rolling
oil for frying
salt, ground black pepper and other spices of your choice and taste

Method of preparation :

Clean the fish, cut off its head and tail. Wash under running water and dry.
Season with salt and ground black pepper, roll the mackerel in flour. Remove excess from it so that it does not burn during heat treatment.
Heat a large amount of oil in a suitable pan and fry the fish in it over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side (until a yellow crust forms).
