Add the bread / bread soaked in water and drained from it, one of the eggs, the chopped onion, the spices to the minced meat and knead.
Make 6 meatballs, fry them on both sides in very hot fat.
Cut the vegetables into circles and arrange them in a pan, alternating them.
Put the meatballs between them.
Beat the second egg with both types of cream and season to taste.
Pour the mixture over the vegetables and meatballs, sprinkle with the grated yellow cheese and bake in the oven (preheat it to 200 degrees) for 25 minutes.
