How To Cook Fried Meatballs Baked With Yellow Cheese And Vegetables - Recipe

Required products :

  • 200 grams of minced meat mixture
  • 1 loaf or 1 slice of bread
  • 1 onion
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3 boiled and peeled potatoes
  • 1 sweet pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 75 grams of sour cream
  • 150 milliliters of cooking cream
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • left

Method of preparation :

Add the bread / bread soaked in water and drained from it, one of the eggs, the chopped onion, the spices to the minced meat and knead.

Make 6 meatballs, fry them on both sides in very hot fat.

 

Cut the vegetables into circles and arrange them in a pan, alternating them.

 

Put the meatballs between them.

 

Beat the second egg with both types of cream and season to taste.
