Required products :

  • 500 grams of minced beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 24 slices of white bread for sandwiches
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • yellow cheese of your choice, cut into circles
  • 300 grams of mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped pickles
  • 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic and onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Method of preparation :

Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and form 12 small flat meatballs from it.

Fry them briefly until browned to a high temperature.

Roll out the slices of bread lightly and cut circles larger than the meatballs.

Mix the flour with the water.

 

Put the meatball in the center of a circle of bread and place a piece of yellow cheese on top. Spread the edges of the bread with the mixture of flour and water and place another circle of slices on top. Press to glue the edges together.

Fry in more fat until golden.

Prepare a sauce of mayonnaise, mustard, cucumber, spices - onion, garlic, pepper, salt and sugar.

 

Serve warm bread meatballs with mayonnaise sauce.
