Required products :

  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 piece of chicken breast
  • 1/2 head onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/4 tea cup peas
  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • salt and pepper to taste

for the breading:

  • flour
  • eggs
  • bread Panko
  • frying oil

Method of preparation :

Cut carrots into small cubes, onions into crescents, and chicken into small pieces.

In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add the fillet. Cook it for 6-7 minutes. Add the onion and continue to simmer until soft. Then add the carrots and peas, 2 minutes later add the flour and stir. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the milk and stir to dissolve the flour in the liquid, and wait for the mixture to thicken.

Pour into a pan and refrigerate for 1 hour.

 

Bread by taking 1 tablespoon of the mixture and put it in the flour, form a ball, transfer to the beaten eggs, then roll in Panko breadcrumbs.

Fry in a large amount of oil on the highest heat. The bites are ready when they acquire a crispy golden crust.
