How To Cook Fried Meatballs Stuffed With Peas And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

1 kg of minced meat mixture
2/3 tea cup of fresh milk
1 slice of stale bread
1 raw egg
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
salt and ground black pepper to taste
flour for rolling
oil for frying


For the stuffing:

300 grams of canned peas
150 grams of yellow
fennel to taste

Method of preparation :

Wet the bread with fresh milk and add to the minced meat. Peel onions and garlic, grind with a blender and also put in the minced meat. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste and beat the raw egg.
Knead thoroughly and form meatballs. In the middle of each put a little of the stuffing you make by mixing canned peas with grated yellow cheese and add chopped dill to taste.

Roll in flour and fry in hot oil until golden brown on all sides.

Serve the dish with potatoes or vegetables.
