Necessary products for 10 servings:

 

  • 500 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 60 grams of flour
  • 50 grams of cornstarch
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 lemon peel
  • flour and egg for frying
  • sunflower oil for frying
  • icing sugar

 

Method of preparation:


Divide the milk into two equal parts. In the first, add the cornstarch and stir until dissolved.

 

Put the second one in the blender jug ​​and pour the sugar, cinnamon powder, eggs and flour. Beat until smooth. Heat a saucepan over medium heat and pour over it.

Once hot, pour the milk with the dissolved starch, add the lemon peel and cinnamon stick. Allow to thicken over low heat and remove. Pour the resulting cream into a yen dish, cool and store in the refrigerator overnight.

 

The next day, cut into squares and flour them.

 

Then dip in egg and repeat the order twice.

 

Fry the milk in very hot oil.

 

Drain and while still warm, roll with the crystal sugar. Serve the cake and enjoy it. Optionally, you can garnish with chocolate topping and ground nuts of your choice.
