Wash the meat, cut it into small pieces. Peel an onion, cut it into several pieces. Wash the peppers and cut them into large pieces, removing the seeds.
Mix the meat, onion, pepper and grind with a meat grinder. Season the minced meat with black pepper, salt it, knead it and put it in the fridge for half an hour.
Pour the cornflakes into a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin.
When you take the minced meat out of the fridge, form balls out of it, each about 100 grams. Then flatten them and make a hole in the middle (to get a pretzel shape).
Roll them in the crushed cornflakes and fry on both sides until the surface is covered with golden breading.
