Required products :

  • 700 grams of fresh pork (colorful)
  • 450 grams of old onions
  • spices of your choice and taste
  • frying oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the meat into pieces (about 30 grams), trying to have a little fat in each, because this will give them more juiciness.

Peel an old onion and cut it into large pieces (the thickness of the pieces should be about 4-5 millimeters).

Pour oil into a pan and place on the stove. Once hot, pour the meat pieces into it and fry them over high heat. For about 3 minutes of frying on each side, the pork bites will be covered with a crust, and after 11-12 minutes the meat will turn red. Remember to stir periodically.

Add salt, add the chopped onion and leave for a while (3-4 minutes) so that it can absorb the money from the meat. Then stir so that the onion and pork change places (the meat remains on the surface). From that moment on, it can be said that the pork stops frying, and the onion, on the other hand, starts.

During the heat treatment, the onion will take on the color that the meat has given to the fat. Gradually, the vegetables will acquire a golden brown color. Stir it more often than meat or almost every minute, because it will burn quickly.

At this stage comes another important point and that is the addition of a little vinegar. One tablespoon of it is enough, but you could use more if you wish. The wine liquid will give an extra spicy note to the dish, and the hot fried onion will be marinated.
