Required products :

1 tablespoon oil
2 beaten eggs
1 head old onion
1/3 carrot
3 teaspoons boiled rice
80 grams ham
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 teaspoon soy sauce
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Heat a pan over high heat. Put 1/2 tablespoon of oil and spread it on the entire bottom of the dish. Pour the beaten eggs and stir constantly to obtain small pieces. Once fried, remove to a plate.

Pour the remaining oil into the pan, add the peeled and diced onions and carrots. Let them cook, stirring constantly, until the carrots soften.
When this happens, pour the cooked rice over the vegetables. Stir to prevent lumps from forming.

After a few minutes, add the chopped ham, soy sauce, curry and pepper to taste. The dish is cooked until the rice becomes shiny. Then add the eggs and salt if necessary.

Stir and serve.
