Prepare scrambled eggs in 1 tablespoon of fat and remove them to a plate until needed again.
In the same pan put the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the minced meat and onion (mince the minced meat into small pieces). When the meat is cooked, add the rice and simmer for another 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the soy sauce (Tamari sauce) and salt, season with black pepper and cook for another minute. Add the scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese and peas. Leave on the stove until the cheddar begins to melt. Season with salt, stir and serve the dish sprinkled with parsley.
