Boil the rice until ready in a little salted water. Wash, peel and clean the vegetables from unnecessary parts. Grate the carrots and chop the rest finely (the pieces should be the size of peas).
Heat the butter and oil in a pan, add the spices and let them fry for 30-40 seconds on low heat, stirring constantly. Remove the cinnamon.
Then pour the chopped vegetables in the bowl with the aromatic fat and let them cook until the onion is transparent.
It's time for the peas, put it in the pan, stir and add the rice.
Stir until the white berries acquire a golden hue. Then turn off the stove, close the container with a lid and leave for a few minutes for the products to absorb well all the aromas and flavors of the spices.
