How To Cook Fried Roasted Peppers Stuffed With Egg And Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Fried roasted peppers stuffed with egg and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

5-6 fresh sweet peppers for stuffing
250 grams of yellow cheese (you can use cheese if you prefer)
70 grams of green spices of your choice (dill, parsley)
1 egg
20 milliliters of frying oil

 

Method of preparation :

Clean the peppers from the seeds and tails, then bake in the oven for about 15 minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees.

Meanwhile, grate the cheese and add the egg, parsley or dill, stir.

When you take the peppers out of the oven, wait for them to cool a bit and peel. Fill them with the combination of egg and yellow cheese, then fry on both sides in a pan with 20 milliliters of hot oil.

You can serve the dish both hot and cold.
