How To Cook Fried Semolina And Banana Cakes With Walnuts - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Fried semolina cakes and bananas with walnuts". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

300 grams of semolina
250 grams of wholemeal flour (you can usually use)
200 grams of brown sugar
6 tablespoons melted butter
2 bananas
walnuts to taste

frying oil

Method of preparation :

Pour the sugar with hot water and stir to melt the sweet crystals.

Peel a banana, grate it and cut it into small pieces. Melt the butter in a water bath.

In a suitable bowl, mix the flour with the semolina and add the butter. Stir thoroughly and gradually pour in the fresh water, kneading the dough.

From it form balls, put a piece of banana in the middle of each and fry in a large amount of oil (fat to cover the dough completely, you can use a deep fryer).

Remove the finished cakes on paper, which will absorb the excess oil.

Garnish with pieces of walnuts and enjoy the taste.
