Learn how to cook "Fried slices with mozzarella and chocolate". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 16 slices of bread
  • 80 grams of soft butter
  • 1/3 tea cup liquid chocolate
  • 1 bunch of mozzarella, cut into 8 pieces
  • 2/3 tea cup grated ripe mozzarella
  • frying oil
  • 3/4 tea cup flour
  • 3 broken eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons breadcrumbs
  • 4 tablespoons ice cream - vanilla

Method of preparation :

Spread one side of each slice of bread and place the spread side down on a board. In the center half of the slices put 1 teaspoon of liquid chocolate (do not smear it, but leave a small pile). Cover with a slice of fresh mozzarella and 1 tablespoon of grated mature cheese. Cover with another slice of bread, leaving the spread side up. Form a total of 8 sandwiches in the same way.

Put the slices in a very hot dry pan and fry them for 6-7 minutes until golden and crispy. Cool completely.

Fill a deep frying pan halfway with oil and heat it to 180 degrees.

Roll each sandwich in flour, then eggs and finally in breadcrumbs. Fry for 2 minutes in oil to acquire a golden crust.

Serve the warm slices with a scoop of ice cream.
