How To Cook Fried Tofu In Soy Sauce With Ginger And Lemon - Recipe

Required products :

200 grams of tofu

40 grams of wheat flour

50 milliliters of vegetable oil

 

For the sauce:

35 milliliters of soy sauce

35 milliliters of vegetable oil

15 milliliters of lemon juice

2 teaspoons sesame oil

10 grams of sugar

parsley

1/2 red onion

2 cloves garlic

3 cm fresh ginger

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the cheese into 2 equal pieces of 100 grams and dry them with a paper towel. Roll the cheese in flour and fry it in the heated fat until golden on all sides. Take them out on a paper towel.

Peel the garlic, onion and ginger, cut the onion into small cubes and grate the ginger and garlic. Finely chop the parsley.

Make the sauce by mixing the soy sauce, oil, lemon juice and sesame oil. Add the sugar, onion, parsley and beat everything with a wire whisk. Then add the garlic and ginger. Stir thoroughly.

Put the already cooled cheese in a suitable plate and pour the resulting sauce. You can now serve.
