Cut the cheese into 1 - 1.5 cm thick tiles, roll them in flour and fry in a little oil on both sides until a golden crust forms (be careful not to burn them). Arrange the fried cheese on paper to drain off excess fat.
In a clean pan in another fat fry the lightly chopped garlic and add the red pepper. Then pour the soy sauce and after half a minute turn off the stove.
Put the cheese in a suitable plate, pour the sauce over it, sprinkle with chopped green onions and you can serve as a stand-alone dish or with roasted vegetables.
