We present you delicious and juicy fried meatballs, which are suitable both for pasta and to eat them only with bread, or to serve them on a stick at your party. Here's how to prepare them and serve the appetizing dish in less than an hour.

Required products :

  • 500 grams of minced turkey (or another of your choice)
  • 1/3 tea cup bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons fresh milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves
  • 125 grams of mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons marinara sauce
  • parsley for serving
  • grated parmesan for serving

Method of preparation :

In a large bowl, combine the minced meat, bread crumbs, milk and egg. Crush two cloves of garlic with a press and add them, season with rosemary, salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the mozzarella into small cubes. Take a tablespoon of the flavored minced meat and spread it in your hands, put a piece of mozzarella in the center and wrap the minced meat around it. Shape the other meatballs in this way.

In a ceramic pan, arrange the meatballs next to each other. Bake them in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees. Add the marinara sauce and bake until the meat is completely cooked.

Garnish with parsley and parmesan. Serve with bread or pasta.
