frying oil

For the dough:
150 milliliters of milk
150 milliliters of
salt water and spices
200 grams of flour

Preparation :
Cut all vegetables, except tomatoes, into cubes about 2-2.5 centimeters. Eggplants are better to peel in advance.

Put them in a deep bowl and sprinkle with salt and spices. Stir and let stand for about 30 minutes to taste.

Meanwhile, make the dough. To do this, mix the milk with water, add salt and spices, flour. The combination should not be too liquid.

Cut the yellow cheese / cheese and tomatoes into cubes like the other products.

String on bamboo skewers, alternating a piece of cheese and any vegetable.

Then dip the skewers in the liquid dough, distribute the mixture evenly to cover all the products well and fry in hot oil.

The oil should occupy about 2-3 centimeters from the height of the vessel. Place the skewers at some distance from each other and let them cook under a lid. When fried on one side, turn on the other. The temperature should be medium and the required time is about 6-8 minutes. You can check the readiness of the zucchini by stabbing with a knife.

Remove the finished skewers on paper to drain off excess fat.

It is better to serve hot while their crust is still crispy, and in addition - a favorite sauce suitable for vegetables.

Enjoy your meal!
