Required products :

1 small carp
2-3 onions or to taste
spices of your choice and to taste
flour for rolling
oil for frying

For garnish:
boiled whole potatoes
oil
dill
garlic


Method of preparation :

Clean the fish from the entrails, scales and black skin. Wash well under running water.

 
Rub the carp on the outside and inside with the spices you prefer.

 
Then roll the whole fish (along with the head) in flour.

 
Fry it on both sides in hot oil.

 
An appetizing golden brown crust should form on the surface and the meat should turn white.

 
Cut the onion into large pieces, season with salt and ground black pepper, roll in flour. Fry it in oil or butter.

 
Put the carp in a suitable container in which to serve, add the onion.

 

Make a fragrant garnish of boiled whole potatoes, which you pour with a mixture of melted butter, finely chopped dill and crushed garlic.
