How To Cook Fried Yellow Cheese Bites With Garlic, Ginger And Turmeric - Recipe

Required products :

450 grams suitable for breading yellow cheese / cheese (Adygea type)
7 cm ginger root
3 cloves garlic
100 grams butter
1 tablespoon turmeric
2 tablespoons coriander seeds
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Peel a squash, grate it and slice it. Cut the yellow cheese / cheese into pieces no smaller than 1 centimeter.
Melt the butter in a pan and add the ginger and finely chopped garlic. Let fry on low heat for about 5-7 minutes, then add turmeric, coriander and cumin.
Fry them and put the pieces of yellow cheese in the pan. Let it cook in the aromatic oil over high heat for about 3 minutes. Then sprinkle with ground black pepper to taste and fry the bites until firm and a golden coating forms on their surface.
