How To Cook Fried Zucchini, Potatoes And Mushrooms With Onions - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1/2 kg of potatoes
  • 2 zucchini
  • a few mushrooms
  • 1-2 onions
  • 1-2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon oil
  • 1/4 bunch dill and parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

 

Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes and zucchini.

 

Cut the zucchini into circles about 1-1.5 cm thick, add a little salt.

 

Turn the potatoes into thinner circles (0.5-0.7 cm).

 

Fry them separately until golden. First, the potatoes in 1-2 tablespoons of oil for 3-5 minutes on medium heat on each side. Add salt when ready.

 

Next are the zucchini.

 

Peel an onion, slice it.

 

Fry it in 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat until transparent (about 5-7 minutes).

 

Clean the mushrooms, wash and cut the legs, cut them into small pieces. Cut the hats into large pieces.

 

Fry the mushrooms in oil for 5-7 minutes (until ready) over medium heat, stirring. Then add salt.

 

When all the products are fried, arrange them on a plate. Put the zucchini in the middle and the potatoes and mushrooms around them.

 

Spread the onion on top.

 

Chopped fresh parsley and dill.

 

Serve immediately.
