How To Cook Fried Zucchini With Minced Meat And Garlic - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Fried zucchini with minced meat and garlic". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

1 kg zucchini
400 grams minced meat
1 onion
1-2 cloves garlic
sweet pepper optionally
salt and ground black pepper to taste
frying oil

Method of preparation :

Wash the zucchini, if you prefer - peel them, then cut into straws about 1 cm thick.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped garlic cloves in it for about 30 seconds. Then add the zucchini, stir and let them cook until they turn red (during this time, do not stop stirring). Add salt at the end of frying. If you decide to use pepper, cut it and fry together with the zucchini.

In a separate bowl, fry the chopped onion until golden brown (in a small amount of oil). Add the minced meat, season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Allow the mixture to cook over medium heat for 7-10 minutes, stirring.

You should pour the zucchini in the bowl with the minced meat, stir fry for 2-3 minutes and remove the dish from the heat. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and serve.

Enjoy your meal!
