Learn how to cook "Fried zucchini with walnut, garlic and parsley sauce". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
400 grams zucchini
1/2 teaspoon walnuts
1/2 bunch parsley
2 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil

ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Grind the walnuts or chop them finely. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste and add the crushed garlic. Stir.
Then add the finely chopped parsley to the walnuts and the sauce is ready.
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Cut the vegetables into strips 5-7 centimeters long and about a centimeter wide. Fry them in hot oil until done.
Then mix with the fragrant walnut sauce and serve.
