How To Cook Frittata With Broccoli, Feta Cheese And Cherry Tomatoes - Recipe

Required products :

  • 6 egg whites
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt and ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, shredded (cow's cheese, goat's cheese or parmesan)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 and 1/4 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half

Method of preparation :

Preheat the oven by moving the grill to the highest level.

In a bowl, beat the egg whites, eggs, salt, pepper and feta cheese.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet and fry the broccoli and onions in it for 8-10 minutes or until slightly softened, stirring occasionally. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables and cook over medium heat until the mixture is lightly browned.

Arrange the cherry tomatoes on the egg base and transfer the pan to the oven for 5 minutes or until the products are ready. Cool for a few minutes. Cut the frittata into four pieces and serve with sauce or vegetable salad.
