Required products :

  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon whole milk
  • 2 tea cups ham, cut into cubes
  • 280 grams of frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon grated cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat oven to 230 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the milk.
  • Add the ham, spinach, onion, cheese, salt, mustard and paprika. Stir well.
  • Melt the butter in a pan about 30 centimeters in diameter.
  • Pour the mixture into it and lightly level the surface with a spoon.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  • Allow the frittata to cool for 2-3 minutes before slicing and serving.
