How To Cook Frittata With Roasted Peppers And Chorizo ​​- Recipe

Required products :

  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 jar (480 grams) roasted peppers
  • 80 grams of chorizo, chopped
  • 400 grams of boiled potatoes, cut into circles

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease a rectangular pan with grease of your choice. Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the oregano and more spices if desired, beat well.

Add the peppers (chopped), sausage and potatoes. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until done.

Serve with salad of choice and milk sauce.
