Required products :

Method of preparation :

Wash the tomatoes, cut them into two or more pieces, depending on their size. Arrange them in a row in a suitable deep pan and add salt to taste and as desired.

 

Place in the oven for an hour - an hour and a half at a temperature of 160-180 degrees.

 

The goal is to dry a bit, then turn off the oven and wait for it to cool. You may not take them out of it.

 

When this happens, pass it through a metal sieve.

 

Distribute the resulting puree in silicone molds, as you have - for muffins, ice or candy.

 

Put them in the freezer until the puree is completely frozen.

 

Then take out the ice tomatoes and collect in a plastic bag, which you store in the freezer or in the refrigerator compartment.

 

This way you will always have ready-to-use tomato paste on hand for making various dishes or vegetable cocktails.
