Necessary products:

 

  • 400 grams of soy yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 50 grams of blueberries (plus a little more for decoration)
  • 50 grams of raspberries (plus a little more for decoration)
  • 1-2 tablespoons ground pistachios

 

Method of preparation:


Cover the pan with a sheet of parchment. Mix some of the milk with the maple syrup and vanilla. Stir and spread a few spoons in the pan. Divide the remaining acidic product into two parts.

Add the blueberries to the first one, puree the mixture in a blender and pour it into the pan. Do the second in the same way, but replace with raspberries.

Distribute in a bowl and using a knife stir the mixture so as to create a marble effect of the flowers, sprinkle with nuts and fruits.

Freeze the mixture for two hours. Remove from the freezer, remove from the pan and cut into pieces. Arrange on a plate, serve and enjoy!
