How To Cook Fruit And Chocolate Cheesecake With Coffee, Honey And Liqueur (without Baking) - Recipe

Required products :

  • 200 grams of sour cream with a fat content of 10%
  • 350 grams of nonfat cottage cheese
  • 70 grams of natural honey
  • 200 grams of apple puree
  • 200 grams of rye rusks
  • 60 milliliters of liqueur of your choice
  • packet of vanilla (2 grams)
  • 125 grams of dark chocolate
  • 40 grams of ground natural coffee
  • 2 grams of cinnamon

 

Method of preparation :

Beat the apple puree with honey, add the crushed rusks (you can use breadcrumbs), put a pinch of vanilla and cinnamon, stir.

Cover the bottom of a suitable form with parchment, on which spread the mixture and press it. Refrigerate. The first layer of dessert is ready.

Using a blender, beat the cottage cheese with the sour cream, grated chocolate, liqueur, ground coffee, a pinch of vanilla and cinnamon.

Spread the resulting thick mass on the apple-rye base and return to the refrigerator.

After two hours, the cheesecake is ready to eat.

You can serve it with grated or liquid chocolate, also decorate with mint leaves.
