Boil the rice (you should get about 300 grams ready), grind the apples or grate them finely, then squeeze their juice.
Peel a squash, grate it and chop finely.
In a bowl with the already cooked and cooled rice, pour the drained apples, dates, banana puree, flaxseed flour and vanilla extract. Mix everything well and let the mixture stand for 3-5 minutes.
Then form small round meatballs from it, roll them in oatmeal and put in a bowl with hot olive oil.
Reduce heat to medium and fry until golden, turning the balls carefully.
