How To Cook Fruit Cake With Cinnamon And Nuts (without Baking) - Recipe

Required products :

2 ripe bananas
2 teaspoons ground walnuts
1/3 cup dates
1/4 cup almonds
2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed orange or lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch black salt
whole nuts to decorate (walnuts - ordinary or pecan, almonds, etc.)

 

Method of preparation :

Separate a few dates, grind the rest in a blender along with the walnuts and almonds. Add a pinch of black salt. About 7 minutes of beating are needed to get a doughy mixture.

Pour it into a bowl and refrigerate for about an hour.

Grind the remaining dates with the two peeled bananas and citrus juice. After 5 minutes you will have a creamy consistency, which you spread on the base.

Garnish with whole nuts and return the dessert to the refrigerator for a while. You may not cool it, but it makes it tastier.

You can prepare the cake in portions, using suitable small forms in which to distribute the dough and cream.
