Necessary products:

  • 800 g apples, pears, peaches or other fruits (canned)
  • 50 g butter
  • 200 g flour
  • 230 g sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Sol
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 250 ml of fresh milk
  • vanilla on the tip of a knife

Method of preparation:

Melt the butter in the pan in which you will bake and leave it to cool. Mix the flour, salt, sugar and baking powder. Add the milk and vanilla and mix well. Put the dough on the butter without stirring. Cut the fruit into pieces, sprinkle them with lemon juice and place them on the dough. Bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
