Learn how to cook "Fruit cocktail of pears and apples with cinnamon". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
2 well-ripened sweet pears
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
150 milliliters of natural apple juice
1 sprig of mint a
pinch of ground cinnamon
Method of preparation :
Peel the pears, cut them into pieces and remove the core with the seeds. Cut the fruit into pieces and put them in a blender, pour the lemon juice, add the mint leaves, cinnamon and apple juice.
Beat everything until smooth and distribute the cocktail in suitable glasses.
