Necessary products:

1 packet of puff pastry

1 apple

4 pineapple rings

3 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons lemon juice

4 teaspoons butter

vanilla or vanilla syrup

ice cream

Method of preparation:

Thaw the dough and roll it into a thin layer. Cut 8 circles using a cup or other suitable container or tool. Mix the lemon juice in a bowl with a glass of cold water. Cut the apple into 4, remove the core with the seeds and put the fruit in the water for 3-5 minutes. Then spread the apples and pineapple pieces on the dough, sprinkle with sugar and vanilla or pour vanilla syrup. Put 1/2 teaspoon of oil on top. Arrange the tartlets in a pan and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 25 minutes (time depends on your oven).

Wait for the finished dessert to cool and arrange with a scoop of ice cream.
