How To Cook Fruit Curd Ice Cream With Honey - Recipe

Required products :
 
cottage cheese
fresh seasonal fruits of your choice
dried fruits of your choice
cocoa for sprinkling
nuts of choice
cinnamon to taste
liquid honey to taste
 
Determine the exact quantities of the products according to your taste preferences and the desired number of servings.
 
Method of preparation :
 
Pass the curd through a sieve twice. Add liquid honey to taste and stir (maybe by hand or use a blender).
Cover the bottom and walls of a suitable container with plastic wrap and put some of the sweetened cottage cheese. Next is a layer of diced fresh fruit, and on them - the remaining cottage cheese.
Squeeze the dessert with a spoon and put in the freezer for 4-5 hours.
When you remove the ice cream, immerse the bottom of the bowl in boiling water for a minute so that it can easily separate from the bowl.
Turn into a plate, remove the foil and sprinkle with chopped dried fruit, cocoa and cinnamon to taste.
