Required products :

1 liter of water
250 grams of small fresh frozen fruits (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, cherries ...) or a mix of such
3-4 tablespoons of starch
60-100 grams of sugar (depending on the sweetness of the fruit and your preferences)

Method of preparation :

Pour a liter of water into a saucepan, add the preferred amount of sugar and place the dish on the stove. Once the liquid boils, pour the starch dissolved in water, stirring to avoid lumps.
Allow the mixture to cook until transparent. Remove from the heat and add the fruit. Stir gently so as not to crush them.
You can use more than the specified amount if you wish.
When the fruit mixture has cooled, you can serve.
