Required products :
2 teaspoons dry yeast
4 tablespoons sugar (2 for the dough and 2 for the filling)
2/3 teaspoon fresh milk
1/3 teaspoon water
1 egg
50 grams butter a
pinch of salt
flour - as much as the dough absorbs
2 apples
2 pears
1 tsp cinnamon
powdered sugar for sprinkling
frying oil
Method of preparation :
Dissolve the yeast and 2 tablespoons of sugar in the warm milk, leave the mixture for 5-10 minutes. Then add the melted butter, water, a pinch of salt and the egg. Stir.
Gradually add the flour, kneading an elastic dough, which should stand for about an hour and a half in a greased bowl to rise.
Until this happens, peel and clean the fruit, cut them into small cubes and stew with the remaining sugar and cinnamon for about 5-7 minutes.
Divide the risen dough into 13 parts, roll them out and put 1 spoonful of the fruit filling in the middle of each. Close with the dough and form donuts, which flatten slightly. Leave in a warm place for 10 minutes and fry in a large amount of hot oil over medium heat.
It is better to close the pan with a lid during frying.
Remove the finished donuts on paper, which will absorb excess fat.
Serve them sprinkled with powdered sugar.
